1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Casibom ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the Casibom website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You understand that gaming involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the platform including casino games, live casino, slot games, sports betting, bingo, and any promotional or bonus offers. Specific game rules and bonus terms may supplement these general Terms where relevant.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on Casibom, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Casibom does not permit underage gaming under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to close any account where underage use is suspected or confirmed.
• Capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will. Persons who are, for any reason, incapacitated or acting under duress are not eligible to use the platform.
• One account only: Each individual may hold only one active Casibom account. Opening a second account, whether under your own name or under a different identity, is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Accurate information: All information provided during and after registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Casibom reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested to confirm your identity, age, and payment details.

3 Account Registration

To use any real-money features of the platform, you must register a Casibom account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, a username, and a secure password, along with other information that may be requested during the process.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any security codes — confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your account access with any other person, including family members.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying Casibom support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Casibom will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. We do not store or display full passwords at any time.

Account registration is free. There is no fee for creating a Casibom account. Casibom reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Casibom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards where available. Supported channels and processing times may be updated from time to time.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your Casibom balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Casibom does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited must be your own. You must not deposit funds obtained from illegal activity, third-party payment sources, or on behalf of another person.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed and delivered within five minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time requests or larger amounts.
• Casibom reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and processing times as necessary for operational or security reasons.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Casibom offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are provided at the time the offer is made. These general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per person, per household, and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonus funds are used for wagering only and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Casibom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If Casibom reasonably believes that a player is abusing a promotion — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the specific game stated in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the Casibom platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• All slot games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and have independently audited Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures are published within each game's information panel.
• Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream and follow standard international card and table game rules.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is accepted.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting event, Casibom reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Casibom does not manipulate game outcomes. Any dispute regarding a game result should be raised with support within 14 days of the event occurring.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Casibom platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds that are not legitimately your own or that originate from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a known or exploited error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in table games or live casino with the intent of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform, its software, or its content.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing transactions after using deposited funds for wagering.

Casibom actively monitors accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we reserve the right to act without prior warning.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Casibom platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and all software — is owned by or licensed to Casibom and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from Casibom.
• Game content is owned by the respective game providers and is subject to their own intellectual property rights. Casibom operates those games under licence.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casibom's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds currently held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Casibom is not liable for:

• Losses you incur as a result of gaming activity, including losses on casino games, slot games, live casino, sports bets, or bingo.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment network.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to protect your credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Casibom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Sustained inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive.
• At the player's own request — you may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or due to inactivity, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player's last known payment method after identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of reason.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, Casibom reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited entirely.

11 Responsible Gaming

Casibom is committed to promoting a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming should always be treated as entertainment — something done within a planned budget and a defined amount of time, not as a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

The following tools are available in your account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your account to new gaming activity. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

12 Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. The way Casibom collects, stores, and uses your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

In summary, the information you provide during registration and verification is used to:

• Verify your identity and age in accordance with platform policy.
• Process your deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment channels.
• Contact you with account-related communications and, where you have opted in, promotional offers.
• Monitor account activity for fraud prevention and responsible gaming purposes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Casibom reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Casibom regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, understandings, or agreements whether written or verbal.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account or any transaction, please contact our support team in the first instance via live chat. Our team will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the platform's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from support on request.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full. A failure by Casibom to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it at a later time.
